SwipeKeep

Terms of Service

Effective September 3, 2026

These Terms govern your use of the SwipeKeep website, dashboard, Chrome extension, and related services. By creating an account or using SwipeKeep, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. Contact us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

Permitted use

SwipeKeep helps you save and organize advertising materials that you deliberately select from the Meta Ad Library. You may use the service only for lawful business, research, and creative-reference purposes and in accordance with applicable laws and third-party platform terms.

You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, bypass plan or usage limits, probe for vulnerabilities, distribute malware, access another user's account without authorization, or use SwipeKeep to infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights.

Your content and responsibilities

You retain your rights in folders, tags, notes, and other content you submit. You grant SwipeKeep a limited license to host, process, reproduce, and display that content only as needed to operate the service and features you request. You are responsible for ensuring that your collection, use, download, export, and sharing of advertising content is lawful.

Teams and sharing

Team members may access content placed in shared team folders according to their assigned permissions. Public share links may be opened by anyone who receives the link. You are responsible for choosing appropriate sharing settings and for the people you invite to a team.

Plans, limits, and billing

Features and save limits depend on your current membership plan. SwipeKeep may prevent additional saves when a limit is reached. Paid subscriptions renew according to the billing interval shown at checkout until canceled. Fees, billing dates, and any trial terms are disclosed before purchase. Changes or cancellations apply as described in the billing portal and applicable law.

Availability and changes

We may improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue features. We work to keep SwipeKeep available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may update these Terms as the service changes and will update the effective date when we do.

Third-party services

SwipeKeep uses and links to third-party services, including Meta, Clerk, Railway, and payment providers. Their services are governed by their own terms and policies. SwipeKeep is an independent product and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Meta Platforms, Inc.

Termination

You may stop using SwipeKeep at any time. We may restrict or terminate access when an account violates these Terms, creates security or legal risk, or fails to pay required fees. Where practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.

Disclaimers and liability

SwipeKeep is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties that may lawfully be disclaimed. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SwipeKeep will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities resulting from use of the service.
